For Return/Refund:

1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by contacting us at customercare@beautyusa.com
2. We will email you RMA# and instructions for the Return/Refund.
3. Upon receiving your returned item, we will process refund.
4. The refund amount is calculated based on: All the return/refund is subject to 25% restocking fee unless the return is due to seller’s error.

For Return/Exchange:

1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by contacting us at customercare@beautyusa.com
2. We will email you RMA# and instructions for the Return/Exchange.
3. You will pay a shipping and handling fee of $5.99 for orders within USA, or $14.99 for orders outside USA.
4. Upon receiving your returned item and S&H fees, we will ship the Exchange item to the same address on file.
